A challenge to myself - a tune with no guitars

Lately I've been a bit conscious of my music being somewhat driven by the same kind of musical ideas.

Therefore I decided to challenge myself to write a piece of music with no guitar in it.

So I started and it was difficult. So I decided to go old style and use only the instruments found in a traditional symphony orchestra.

After some time I though it was good enough to share, so here it is.

I'd love to hear what you think as this is a real departure from what I usually do!

I only used the Amadeus Symphonic Orchestra from Sonic Scores for this tune. I love this plugin as it is easy to work with and loads fast. Another plus was the reasonable price.

Very nice Mats, well done. Always good to look beyond your own tools and expand musical knowledge or use it for other kinds of music. I really like this kind of musical crossover, doing it myself from time to time with clips for videos / filming my son does.

Your tune has a great orchestral vibe. Cool thing

Great move Mats and well written , I reckon I also get bored by guitars sometimes , that's partly why I started Rhodes piano & trumpet this year But they go to the KPA as well.

I'm looking for an epic track from you with classical music and epic guitars now
