First post! Although...I have had my Kemper for several months. Looking to be a more active member of the community!
Anyway, here's my tip...use a guitar with coil split humbuckers for auditioning profiles. I see a lot of comments about how certain profiles sound better with single coils and others with humbuckers. Obviously this should be the case as it is with amps in general. I have coil split HBs on all of my guitars and it is super convenient when flying through profiles to be able to just flip a switch or push/pull knob to switch between HB and SC sounds.
I will never go back to a guitar that doesn't have coil-splits installed as I have definitely gotten spoiled.
