It is quite true and it is obvious when you start ?! For example, how many times do we lose a modification? The system is not able to consider a "pasting a performance" from local library into a new performance (In My Profiler) . You have to do a modification simulation, such as adding a space, in the pasted perf, and there it suggests "Store" ?!
Kemper Rig Manager should have an automatic store modification option 
It is unbelivable that option not exist.
