Gain dial glitch. Gain knob jumps when rolling up or down.

I bought my Kemper new 4 or 5 months ago and noticed whenever I increased or decreased gain, the value would jump erratically.

I figured this was the Kemper just trying to interpret the value against the profile, but it seems buggy and wrong.

Is this normal? Is there a fix? It's been difficult to find anyone else complaining of the same issue.

Sadly not. And like I said, it's done this since new.

Actually playing around with it now, and every other pot behaves normally. The gain knob is noticeably faulty.

I've run the recent update, I guess it needs repair.
