is this right? I need to make a bunch of changes to a stack of performances and thought i'd jump in bed with the laptop to do it.
So i copied them all to my local library, but the editor won't come up. I'm assuming because i'm not connected to the hardware.
is this as expected? 
if so... sigh!!!! and why??
