I bought my Kemper from someone who had downloaded 900 profiles, I want to bring the number down substantially and wonder how I do that. If I delete them in RM will it delete them on the Kemper? How do I make this happen?

In RM select location My Kemper or whatever it is named, then select profiles you want to delete and than Edit - Delete Rig

Do a backup on the Kemper (USB) and/or using Rig Manager Export all the Rigs to a folder on your computer. There may be some valuable stuff in there, you may not appreciate now that you'll regret deleting later. In Rig Manager see:
