I just bought the Kemper Profiler Stage in combination with a Mission Engineering pedal 
Now I'm struggeling with connection and programming it 
My goal is to use one pedal for volume and (with the switch button) wah, morph or pitch:
- Witch cable type should I use (stereo/mono?)
- Witch pedal port from the Kemper (1, 2, 3 ,4? ) to the Mission Engineering?
- What do I have to program on the Kemper Stage?

As far as the cables you need a TRS cable for the expression function and either a TRS or a TS for the switch function. You can use any port that you want and assign the function using the pedal button on the stage.
