  • Best Modern Vacuum Cleaners with HEPA Filters Equipped

Summer is coming fast and you know what that means: Allergy season. While it might feel like nothing to many people, for allergy sufferers this is quite literally the worst time on the calendar to be alive. Not only are you extremely irritable and uncomfortable all the time because your nose can’t seem to stop running or sneezing, but your face swells too. Worse, for some people, allergens in these seasons can be life-threatening.

Having Best Vacuum Cleaner with a solid HEPA filter is a great idea. It cleans up the house and makes it feel less torturous. For some, such vacuum cleaners can be a literal lifesaver.

With that being said, here are our selections of the best HEPA filter vacuums for you to consider.

    Soniclean SFC-7000 Upright Vacuum Cleaner

Even though I had reviewed hundreds of different vacuum cleaner models, the Soniclean Upright Vacuum Cleaner is definitely the most aesthetically impressive vacuum cleaner I have ever seen. The black and gold color scheme looks downright luxurious (as luxurious as a vacuum cleaner can be) and if you were to put it in the corner of your living room I truly think that it’s going to be a decent decorative piece with its look.

It is a corded upright vacuum cleaner that operates with bags. The bags are the highlight of this vacuum since Soniclean’s bags are integrated with H13 HEPA filter that can capture everything from dust and dirt to allergens and bacterias. The filter is hospital-grade so you know just how potent the allergen-eliminating power of this vacuum is. When you’re disposing of filled bags, the Soniclean vacuum has a patented Seal-Tech design that firmly attaches the HEPA filter to the vacuum so you’ll be able to dispose of the bags simply and conveniently. No need to fear the dirty particles leaking out.

But this vacuum cleaner is not all about the outside. The inside performance is impressive, too. The greatest thing about this best HEPA filter vacuum is that it is very manoeuvrable and when it comes to cleaning carpets, it truly excels. The Soniclean Upright Vacuum Cleaner works so well with carpets that some carpet manufacturers have come out to recommend this vacuum for cleaning their products! It also does well on hard floors and other surfaces.

The sole limitations behind this vacuum are that it doesn’t come pre-packaged with any accessories so you’ll have to buy your own from the company. The second thing is that it is relatively expensive so not really the option to go for if you’re on a budget.

    Shark APEX AZ102

The Shark APEX AZ102 vacuum cleaner has been the favorite child of reviewers for quite some time now with its ergonomic design, efficiency, high performance, adaptability, and above all, the excellent hygienic features which also include a HEPA filter.

Unlike the SFC-7000, the look of this Shark HEPA vacuum is not very flattering with a heavy-duty industrial look. However, its many different features and performance are perfect selling points. First thing first, the AZ102 features the company’s proprietary DuoClean tech. While all of the traditional designs only have one brush roll cleaning your floor at a time, this Shark vacuum coordinates two brush rolls in tandem to leave your floor squeaky clean or your rugs sanitised even deep within the layers. For pet owners, the vacuum has a self-cleaning brush roll that’s extremely effective at dealing with pet hair.

The canister of the vacuum can be detached to make it easier to clean stairs and upholstery, too, with Shark’s LiftAway design.

    What about its filtration tech?

    Simply put, it’s great.

The HEPA filter is built directly into the vacuum since it is a bagless design. Instead of bags, the vacuum uses a dust cup to collect dirt and harmful particles. You simply need to remove the filter and wash it. The filter can also be switched out. It also has an ‘Advanced Anti Allergen Complete Seal Technology’ to keep them from leaking out of the dust cup, ensuring that you’ll always be safe from whatever the vacuum had managed to pick up during its sweep.

With all of these notable features and technologies in mind, we also believe that the AZ102 makes a fine example of what the best HEPA vacuum for mold on the market should be. The vacuum is strong enough to scrub mold from out of surfaces in your house but the AZ102 will also stop them from leaking out of the containment bin with its HEPA filter and seals it up until you have the chance to dump them out into a garbage can.

So what’s the catch for all of these cool features and design?

Well, just like the SFC-7000, unfortunately, the price tag on the AZ102 is quite high.

Eureka ReadyForce Total Bagless Cordless Canister Vacuum, 3500AE

What if you don’t want to be bogged down by cords and the weight of an upright, full-scale vacuum - aside from a strong HEPA filter? We believe that the Eureka ReadyForce 3500AE is one of the best Eureka HEPA vacuums that you should look into.

The vacuum cuts down on any details that could make it problematic for you to move around. There are no power cords; instead, the vacuum runs on a pretty endurant Li-Ion battery. Since it is a wheeled canister vacuum, it is much lighter with a lower profile and can be carried to anywhere in the house.

In terms of performance, even though the 3500AE may not be as good as the Soniclean or the Shark when it comes to suction power or brush strength, but its performance is good enough on different surfaces that for most the 3500AE is adequate. The 3500AE packs a 12-amp motor with a switchable brush roll head that can be turned On and Off with a button to pick debris and dirt from the floor when you need to. The vacuum also comes with several accessories to make it more adaptable which includes a crevice tool, a dusting brush, and a telescopic wand to dig into virtually every corner imaginable.

For filtering, the vacuum has what the company calls ‘Advanced Cyclonic Separation Technology.’ According to the description, the vacuum air system can separate heavier dirt particles from the airflow and helps keep the HEPA filter integrated into the vacuum cleaner. This cuts down the need for extensive maintenance of the filter and you’ll find yourself cleaning the HEPA filter inside far less often than with other vacuums.

This, coupled with the extra mobility that its design can afford, can make it the best Eureka HEPA vacuum to get for many families. It is also really affordable, too, for those who are on a budget.

  • Firstly, you need power, that's obvious. Also, if you were previously running profiles though an FRFR speaker and then decided to run that same profile with the same settings through a real cabinet, be prepared to tweak again. I personally have two settings for each profile, one for FRFR and another when I send that same profile through a real cabinet.

By settings, do you mean separate input and output settings or different rigs?

Different Rigs. I take the same profile and dial it up for FRFR, save it, and then do the same for Real Cab. There is no way a profile will sound the same from a FRFR to a Real Cab.

I was just curious, I am using FRFR now but plan on getting the Kab, which do you prefer? Is it worth it for me to get a Kab too?

To be honest, I purchased the Kone speaker and shipped it back the next day, I didnt like it at all. I went back to the FRFR (Headrush) and real cab (V30s) option.

The poitn is they sound different and you will need to make adjustments for each.

Personally ( as you already know I think) I love my Kabinet but everyone has different views on what they prefer. many people still prefer guitar cabs.
