Nasally tone, how to get rid of it?

It seems worse sometimes more than others. Is it the TS in the unit or? I tried the new Kemper drive. It is more clear but sounds 'thin' to me. I am mostly using Top Jimi Marshall based profiles with and with out a real overdrive. Typically his profiles are pretty open and not too compressed like many out there. I use the Friedman asm -10 powered monitors.

Do you ever adjust the Gain and Definition of the origin TJ profile? Small increments make a big tonal change.
