Do you guys use both left and right outputs when going into daw for recording or only one of them?

I usually set my "Output Source" to Main Mono", and use one of them. Recording twice sounds bigger to me than stereo effects.
If there is a Profiler effect that I am sure I want to use in stereo in the mix. I would set the Output Source to "Main Stereo", and use both of them.

Standard guitar cables.

I have mine set to TS cables Kemper output to interface input in stereo most of the time. With a DAW, it's easy to just make a template of different track layouts - mono, dual mono, stereo single track, stereo L and R tracks.
