Kemper with Bose L1

  • Hi,

This is my first time posting on the forum.
Does anyone have any tip or tricks for running a Kemper through the Bose T4s and L1s.
I am finding it a bit strange to eq, everything on the desk is set flat and just using the amp eq on the Kemper.
Any settings to try would be much appreciated

    Many thanks Chris

On the T4 mixer you can set each input to correspond to what you are plugging in.

Set the input you are using for the Kemper to a device "like" a Kemper.

I have the older T1 mixer, and I think I had it set for Pod XT or something like that.

I used the Monitor 1/4" output to the T1

  • Hi Chris,

    Welcome to the Community.

I leave everything flat on the T4S and control the guitar sound on the Profiler.

I connect the Profiler Main Output to the T4S (since the T4S is the input to the FOH (Front of House)).

    On the T4S,

On the channel to which I have attached the Profiler

    ToneMatch Preset

    > Preset: Flat E. Guitar ZEQ or General Processor [try both]

ZEQ - Lo, Mid, Hi set to 0 (I use this for quick changes on the fly)

    ParaEQ - all bypassed

    Comp/Gate - bypassed

    Mod - bypassed

    Delay - bypassed

    Reverb - bypassed

  • Hi,

Thanks for the reply’s, I will give them ago and see how I get on.
also what is the best way to plug the Kemper stage into the t4, at the moment I am just using an xlr cable from the left out on the Kemper into a channel on the Bose T4, is this right or is there a better way of doing this?
