The guy I've had for the last several years doesn't reply to emails and I prefer to do as much business as possible through email. He seems like a good dude, but I just don't think we are a good fit for one another, if he doesn't respond to email. That or maybe he just doesn't work there any more. I haven't ordered anything big since before the lockdowns, and have no idea if they will even still work with you on the price. I did have a few questions and wanted to see what I could get a few pieces of gear for, though.
Mistake. Please ignore.

Thanks. Sent him an email. Hopefully I guessed it correctly, based upon my current rep's email.

You don't have Mark's email address, by any chance, do you? [email protected] didn't work.

You can try my rep, Tom Koch. Not only does he promptly email me, he calls me on the phone to chat about gear. He's off on weekends. I just tell him what I want and he handles everything for me - orders, charges to credit card accounts, etc. I consider him a friend and I am treated as such. They really kind of treat me like a "whale". Tell him Larry Mar sent you.

Well, this one was completely my fault. I was emailing my old Sweetwater rep, not my current one. I probably should have just called the dude, rather than assuming either he quit or wasn't responding to emails. The old rep eventually got around to forwarding the email to my new rep, who contacted me shortly before Tom Koch did (Tom was super fast, so thanks for the recommendation BayouTexan ).

glad you’re all set. Sorry fat-fingered Mark’s last name “bruhn”

No problem. I appreciate you trying to help. I'm pretty sure that, years ago, my first rep being non-responsive is why I switched to my current rep, so I probably just jumped the gun. I feel like a jerk, but everything should be resolved. Thanks again.
