Potentially dumb question: does it matter which XLR output you use?

I usually just plug my xlr cable into the "left" (output labeled left) on the back of the Kemper. At one recent gig i happened to plug into the output labeled "right" and i was getting a thin tone. I plugged into Left and it went away. Unsure if i just had a bad connection or if you SHOULD be plugging into only the left when you have a single output. I didnt think it mattered but usually used Left.

Curious to hear the answer.

When the Master Output is set to Mono in the output menu it doesn’t matter what jack you plug into.

Thanks. Pretty sure i'm set to mono. I'll have to check at gig tomorrow night.

As Ingolf said, it doesn’t matter as long as the output is set to mono. If it is set to stereo then neither output will give you the true sound. The KPA doesn’t automatically sum to mono when only one connection is used.
