Since you already have a Strat style guitar, I suggest searching the rig exchange for the word “Gilmour,”, and starting with the closest rig you find. Edit the game, so that it seems close. And listen closely to the effects, including the timing of any delays.Then, perhaps the most difficult part, is to listen very closely to the way he plays that solo, including his picking hand dynamics, and any pick ups which changes. If you do that, I’m sure you’ll get there.
As a supplement to my previous comment, you can really use any amp with a similar amount of gain, as long as you listen to those playing dynamics and the effects that I mentioned.

You might want to try the Rotary Speaker fx in Stomp A or B wih Parallel Path or alternatively later in the chain with the Mix control set lower. Another option might be to put the Rotary Speaker in the Delay or Reverb position and use the Delay/Rev Routing to create a parallel path.
