Kemper aware known issue with collar LED’s (shown in photos). This does not affect the unit’s functionality or sound and is merely cosmetic (hence price, as these units do not depreciate in value. This is a free repair by Kemper, I just haven’t got it done as it doesn’t bother me and doesn’t affect the unit)
