The Kemper Foot Controller: Evolution

    Hi,


    My vote is for the larger one as the layout of the button functionality is (to me) way superior both for live and studio use.


    As I wrote earlier, I do like Tylerhb's expression pedal idea but I do realize that it may be difficult to implement as it will be hard for Kemper to compete price wise due to economics of scale. So my suggestion is for Kemper to design and manufacture a plate that you can screw on to the floorbord and on that plate you can mount your expression pedal of choice. You want 2 expression pedals? Buy 2 of the expansion plates! But maybe this is too simple to be working effectively. :D

    I would definitely want tap tempo in the bottom row. It is the only feature where a bit of precision is needed, so it is the one that should be the most easily accessible.


    Also, where appropriate, it would be great to have LCD's for some of the individual buttons (preferably color coded ones) like The Liquid Foot + 12 + (http://www.famcmusic.com/product_lf+12+.shtml)

    I don't own a KPA yet (First post here, hi all! :) ), but I'm closely following the development and looking into buying one after it gets power amp, rig management and after it's available in my country.


    With that said, if you like to count my vote, I'd prefer the larger foot controller.


    Also, if possible, I'd appreciate larger spacing between switches. 77 mm center to center would be perfect, like on my Tonelab SE (I have large feet).
