Hello, I am contacting the technical support, because after updating to the latest version of the OS my Kemper Profiler has been suffering errors and crashes, I decided to do a hard reset deleting all the Rigs and memory to factory reset my Kemper.

I have restarted kemper blocking the "RIG" button until it has entered a configuration wizard.
