Kemper to Interface using Jack plug

    Hi there,


    Probably stupid question, but your help would be highly appreciated.


    I have a Kemper profiler powered Amp and a FocusRite interface.

    Using Garageband on my Mac.


    With jack plug from Main Out to Input jack on interface.

    Interface to Mac through Usb.


    But:

    I am still hearing the guitar through my speaker, although I want to hear everything through headphone and record it.


    I don't have the SPDIF cable right now.

    when you say speaker do you mean the one attached to the speaker out on your powered Kemper or monitors attached to your computer?


    If the Kemper speaker go to Output Menu and step through until the page with PowerAmp On tick box and untick it.


    If you mean monitors attached to computer just turn the monitor output on the interface down. Focusrite interfaces don’t automatically mute the main output when headphones are connected.
