What is the difference between our regular packs and the new recording packs?

Regular packs:
The amp was profiled with ONE mic setup and MANY different amplifier settings.
We carefully select a great sounding mic combination/position to capture the many sounds (clean to cranked) of the amp as close as possible.

Recording packs:
Recording Pack's features ONE amp setting and MANY different mic's, mic positions with tube screamer on or off ...
By selection the profiles you virtually select one or more microphones, change mic placement or add a TubeScreamer.

Next will be a Blues Recording Pack - just got a new fantastic sounding speaker cabinet.

The new cabinet needed some time to break in - now it's big fun!

Today I got my new speaker switcher - great to checkout different speakers - without the hassle to connect/disconnect ...

It's the same Suhr Badger 30 as used in Pack #43.

We were asked to profile this amp with our Vintage 30 loaded cabinet.

So two versions of the profiles are available:
