Using Rig Manager 3.2.53 PROFILER Public Beta: 8.6.0.31858B
On the Profiler (Output pages 1, 3, and 8 ) I can change Cabinet Off Enabled/Disabled and the result is synchronized in all three places (and in Rig Manager).
BUT
In Rig Manager on row two (Mon. Output) the button is not clickable, and even if Cabinet Off is Enabled, the button light is dim. I get that the Cabinet Off section is dimmed out, but right now the only way I can control Cabinet Off is in the bottom row (Kemper Kone). The words are synchronized, but not the lights.
Also, changing Kemper Kone to Disabled does not change what I've described above.
PS - I have also contacted Support directly.
