I just recently noticed that the LCD in my remote is very dark and difficult to read. I first though that the issue is with the ethernet cable but yesterday i noticed that when I slightly tap the display with by finger it goes back to normal.
Has someone had similar issues? Could the problem be with the display itself or the wiring? To me this sounds like bad connection but I'm not an electrician...

Definitely a hardware issue with the remote. I had the same problem and got mine fixed by Kemper Support. Had to miss the Remote for about three weeks. Service and communication was great though.
Same with me. It rarely occurred since. Some weeks ago I attached a security glass (from a vendor from the UK) and now no pressure so whatever is possible occurring to the display and had no problems since then. Something I can recommend. Best regards.
