My powerhead just went out. Not gently shutting off.
Now it won’t power on anymore. Maybe a blown fuse? But the strange thing is that my PC and monitors were on the same electrical circuit and nothing strange happened with those. So a power surge and blown fuse looks less likely to me. The power cord is not the problem. There was no loud pop or anything when it powered off
No power

Make sure your power cable is securely connected in the back of the profiler. If you have a spare power cable, try substituting it.

Did some troubleshooting, but to no avail. Powerhead on it’s way to germany!

did you solve it? I had the same shitty problem yesterday night!

Both of you should update us after the fix please. Good Luck!
BTW, a fuse can blow from just being old, or being one of those statistics of -or+9% failure rate before reaching full life expectancy.

I would assume so, however, I would not open it unless Support directs you to.
