I have a Stage and am trying to profile a Marshall TSL. If I plug my guitar straight into the amp, everything is fine. There has always been a slight hum. But, when I plug my guitar into the Profiler and then run a cord from “send 1” into the amp, there is a very loud buzz/hum that is audible even if I am playing. I have tried a few different cords and moved the Profiler to a distant location in case there was some sort of electrical interference. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Try toggling the ground lift switch on the KPA output. That kind of buzz is normally caused by an earth loop.

Do this. I think I found in the manual to flip all of the ground lifts but one. I did that on mine and was able to profile with no issues.
