My KPA and my RM are up to date.
It' been twice, i try to save my rigs from RM to KPA, with the RM button at the bottom right of screen.
When i turn off my KPA, after re-ignition, my rigs are not saved in the unit.
On RM it's no indicated "sync..." , just the store button turns off on the unit.
There's a bug ?
I cannot reproduce such an issue and nobody has reported it.
As soon as I press "Store Rig in Profiler" in Rig Manager I can see, how the PROFILER synchronizes. Its Rig counts increases by one in Rig Manager. If I dial the BROWSE knob at the front panel, the Rig count in the PROFILER is in line and I can find the new Rig. During a restart no Rig of the PROFILER pool get lost.
Check View and Sorting of your PROFILER. Perhaps you are looking at a subset, which doesn't include the new Rig. Or it does show up in another location in the sorting order e.g. Sorted by Gain.
Also be aware, that the save buttons at the bottom only relate to the one Rig currently loaded in the editor. You cannot store multiple Rigs into the PROFILER this way. If you want to copy or move a selection of Rigs, use drag&drop or copy&paste.
