Try your in-ears connected to the PROFILER Main Outputs so you hear the same signal you'll be sending to the Casino system.
Nothing to really do with the KPA.
Plugging into the main out might give you an idea….but I’d be more interested in what settings the IEM system currently has.
At church, I always have to spend a few minutes zeroing out the personal monitor. Almost guaranteed, they’ll be so far out of whack you’ll wonder if the last person using it wasn’t deaf.
Be sure and be there early enough to get your individual IEM mix set to your liking. That’s usually not a problem with casino gigs, because they usually want the band to be there quite a bit before the gig starts.
if they have a digital board (X32) and a closed Wi-Fi setup and you have a IPad you can control your IEM mix.

It can be done with a phone, too, if you are given access. But, from my experience, casinos don't allow access to their private wifi networks (not even the PA system).
most venues I work, show rooms or theaters, allow musicians to control their IEM mix plus some private local sound company's also will allow access.
