Kemper Rack Case - 3U enough or go for an 4U for better Air circulation?

    I would go for a Thon 3U Compact case (not too deep so i can put it on my desk) for the rack KPA but I read that a 4U would be better for air circulation.


    Does the KPA really get that hot or is a 3U enough?

    Its the powered version.


    Dont really have a need for 4U so I would only buy it for the Air circulation aspect.

    In the Thon 3U case I had, the KPA´s 4 rubber feets had to be removed to fit into it ....

    I think 4U is better for a powered KPA .

    The adjective for metal is metallic. But not so for iron ... which is ironic.
