Kemper Power Rack very distorted and quiet

Ok. i've been through all the usual posts, yes, power amp is turned on, gone through the various output options but its still very quiet and distorted with either my Kone cab or my 2x12, it maybe something very silly but then the Kemper almost prides itself on being an awkward SOB to navigate

Thanks for the prompt reply, I blame Old Age, Senility and the eyesight of a Mole, all sorted and thanks its sounding just as it should.....poor neighbours
