I downloaded the latest version of the Cab Maker (Cab Maker 2.1.2 for macOS) for my Mac running Monterey 12.1 and the Cab Maker crashes when I try to convert any wave file. I've done this on several of my Mac's using the same and different waves and I still get the same issue which according to the issue, is a bad call in the code. Is this being addressed or is anyone else having this issue?

You can use Rig Manger to convert Impulse Responses into a Cabinet.
"Handling Impulse Responses
To convert an Impulse Response audio file, simply drag it onto the Cab icon in the Signal Flow or onto a Preset library location for multi-file conversions. Several different bit rates, as well as file formats, are supported. If in doubt, use WAVE or AIF files with either 16 or 24 bits.
Alternatively, select a Preset location and choose File >Import Impulse Response from the menu."

Thats exactly what I did but it crashes.

You are using Cab Maker software?
Don is recommending using Rig Manager software, instead. -
Yep, you can just drag IR files directly into Rig Manager now. No need to use Cab Maker anymore.

Cab Maker crashes when I try to convert any wave file.
Do you know what format the WAVE files are? 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, 96 kHz, 16-bit, 24-bit, etc
Maybe download an audio app and convert them to a standard format like 44.1kHz 16-bit.

the software is not designed to work on newer macOS versions. You can use Rig Manager for that task now. And no, it has nothing to do with the format of the Wave file.
