I just acquired the profiler stage…
I would like to use my shure glxd16 wireless pedal along with the stage…
Well, my dumb ass tried to cable it up by going out of the pedals output like normal and, going into the input where you’d plug your guitar.
I get nothing but hiss… what am I doing wrong?
you are connected properly.
i dont have the wireless but i saw another post recently which said you need to pair the transmitter and receiver. Sounds like that is probably your issue here.
EDIT - just noticed it was your other post i saw so you already know this.
I suggest troubleshooting from the cable that connects to the transmitter, to the battery in the transmitter, to the transmitter/ receiver settings.
Do the LEDs on the Shure indicate it is receiving a signal?
Does the Tuner work?
the Mute LED is not lit?
have you tried other cables from the shure to the Profiler?
is the Profiler in Tuner Mode?
The GLXD16 definitely works with the Stage.
The blue LED on the receiver should be solid to show you are getting a constant connection from transmitter to receiver.
The green LED on the receiver will show a signal when playing. The Green led on the receiver will go out when you stop playing.
If none of the above is happening, you need to trouble shoot that first before moving on to the Kemper.
Also, make sure that once the receiver is properly paired with the transmitter to set the gain on 0 (zero) by pressing the menu button on the receiver. The first option will say ‘db’. It should be set to ‘0’ already but if not, change it to ‘0’
Press the foot switch and you will be back out of the menu settings.
Also, press the group button on the receiver and it will scan for the best signal for where you are.

Yes to all of the above…. Finally had a chance to use the shure glxd16 with my bogner….same problem….it’s the wireless…idk what the problem is.
