Bought my stage last year in April, had the « set up clock » problem since the beginning.
I never had the time to contact kemper to get a new kemper or whatever because I need it constantly for my job.
Is there a step by step guide to change the battery.
It’s making a mess on my backup performances in rig manager as they are all dated of 1970 ^^.
if someone or the kemper staff had a guide it would be great.
The best would be an ups replacement of the unit (I give mine to ups and he give me the new one). I had this one time with apple and a faulty MacBook Pro, but I know that’s a kind of rare high end customer support.
