From yesterday my Kemper won’t start fully again.
I work with several artists so I have one backup per artist an switch between them (been doin that for a few years)
Yesterday when I tried to restore a backup, my Kemper refuses to start completely and show me this message (and then the second one when I forced restart)
Can you help me please ?
Did you contact support as is clearly stated in first sentence of the error message?

Yes I did this morning, but I figured if someone else had the same issue it would speed up the process 
And maybe help someone with the fix.

Display More1. Switch the PROFILER Head or Rack model off and press and hold soft button 1 (left above the display) while powering it on into tuner mode.
2. Keep holding the soft button until "System Maintenance " appears on the display.
3. In maintenance mode press "Recovery", "Init&Factory Content", "Yes", and "Ok".
4. Then press the Reboot soft button and reboot or simply restart the PROFILER with the chicken-head knob.
Afterward, connect your Profiler to your computer, start the Rig Manager app and open the backup on your stick in Rig Manager and drag the performances and rigs from the backup to your Profiler in Rig Manager.
