Axe FX II Mesa Boogie Mark II METALLICA - New PROFILE

Hi all!

Well, this is my first PROFILE, hope you guys like it.

I just profiled my favourite Metallica preset from my Axe II, a Mesa Boogie Mark II based one: https://www.dropbox.com/s/hfht…012-08-01%2020-55-18.kipr

It´s also uploaded to Rig Exchange.

Sounds exactly the same than the same preset in the Axe II RUNNING THRU THE KEMPER A/B comparison , is a little bit different when you hear it in the Axe II by itseld (according to the wikpa "It’s important to be aware that the A/B comparison within the KPA is not comparing the real thing with the profiled amp. The sound of the real amp is modified by the KPA’s buffering and again altered when passing the A/D section in order to route to the monitors")

Anyway it sounds GREAT the difference is mainly in the LOW end and can be easily tweaked in the Kemper to your taste, so, try and comment!

I was quoting the wiKpa, that´s why the sentence is in quotation marks.

And as penatuna said, it´s obvius I was refering to the Axe.

And I don´t wanna also make this thread a Kemper Vs. Axe one, but you should keep trying and testing and stop laughing.
