Clean profiles sounding distorted or fuzzy

I have adjusted the input and the outputs gains so that I have a bright green on both input and outputs no red or orange my profiles sound slightly fuzzy either at high or really low volumes. What is causing this?.. I have tried everything I know of. I’m running just a delay and plate reverb nothing else is assigned to a block.
