Make it possible to assign an FX to the effect button via RM. I really miss this feature. What do you guys think out there?

I don't understand what you are asking. RM does allow you to assign effects into the stomp and effects blocks.

Completely agree!!!
It is a bit of a nuisance having to assign footswitches on the Remote/Toaster rather than just use RM when making up the performance. -

Correct, but RM does not allow you to assign the effect block to the effect button (I - IIII) on the STAGE and/oder REMOTE. This is only currently possible directly on the STAGE/REMOTE. Hope it is clear now.
