RM doesn't recognize my KPA.

  • Hi, just bought a new MacBook Pro 15" 2019. When I plug the USB from the back of my Kemper to the computer nothing happens. I use an adapter from the USB A to USB C into my MacBook, and USB B into the Kemper (yes its the same cable).


    I HAVE:

    Changed cables

    Changed adapters

    Reinstall RM and reset my kpa.

    Checked so I have the latest version of the Kemper, RM and my Mac.


    I the system report there is nothing showing up as well.


    Any help would help :D

    If nothing shows up in System Information, you have an issue related to the physical connection. This has nothing to do with software. You might want to verify your findings by plugging the Profiler into another computer. This way you can rule out that the USB port on your Profiler is damaged.
