New tune, Zeagle
Hi there, i was trying out a new profile tonight and it was much more scooped than i usually go for so i wrote this tune around it. It's the "TAF - Fortune 3 C1" stock profile with some added reverb. The guitar was in drop D using a Seymore Duncan hot rails stacked humbucker
This is so good!
Did you record two guitars for the harmony or did you use a pitch shifter?
Cheers,
Mats N

Thanks Mats_Nermark that means a lot my friend. It’s actually 3 separate quitars for the harmony but one of them is a low octave. It put a smile on my face when I started adding the harmonies, it turned out better than I’d hoped
Super tight, Joe! Looking forward to trying that out today (after I wake up which is what your tune did). That makes 2 cups of Joe I already had.

BayouTexan you can’t beat a cup of Joe 😂 The profile is fab, I simply turned off the gates, compressor and delay for my rhythm tones and just added them back in for the lead parts. Brilliant fun, you’ll love it.
And here, Joe is firmly back in his back yard doing the stuff he is known for. Top stuff, man!
Cheers,
Mats N

😂 thanks Mats_Nermark
these 2 last ones definitively have some Metallica vibes to them, well done !
Great stuff, I agree with waraba total Metallica vibes on this one. Just needed a clean chorus middle 8. Tight and controlled, awesome stuff!

Thanks waraba
Hi Joe, again awesome tunes with great massive sound. Really dig that stuff. Much of that would deserve some great vocals and would go then for heavy rotation on the radio

Thanks deadman42 Im actually starting writing with my buddy who’s a singer next week so I can possibly post a full song or two soon
New tune, On we go
Hi there, i wrote this wee idea tonight so thought i'd get it recorded. It's a ballad type track. I used an STL profile form the Angel Vivaldi pack, it's the 6505 lead wet profile with the reverb and delay dialed back a bit.
That’s a fabulous sound and texture. The strings are perfect fo this track too, gives it almost a Marilion vibe. Great stuff!

Thanks Per I added the strings in at the end, i'm glad i did now.
Cool Joe! You got me inspired to work on a drop tuned tune for a change. I like what I hear so far and will post by end of week.

I was expecting Steve Perry from Journey to come in singing his a$$ off.
Very good stuff, this!
