Hello. Does anyone know of a way to send a signal to a pedal (JHS Morning Glory) to change a gain stage? I know JHS has the red remote, but I’m out of room on my board, and was hoping to find a way to control the red/blue gain stages of the pedal with the Kemper. Working with the Kemper Stage. Guess it would kind of be like an amp switch?
the pedal jacks on the Profiler are pedal inputs. They do not send any signals but only receive them. If your external gear has a MIDI input you can send MIDI program changes from the MIDI out of the Profiler to switch between presets.
If you have room for one of these on or under your pedalboard, they work really well. I used one to add MIDI channel switching to my Marshall for years. If you need a latching switch, You could use it to control blue/red when you change Performance Slots, and use the FX Loop to switch the pedal in or out.
