Rig Manager is a native M1 application. Did you tickl "Open is Rosetta" by any chance?

@G String the installer says it takes rosetta. But later in the app you get information does not need a rosette. So ok it's native but why does the installer require it?

I don't know. Let me see if I can find something out.

@G String OK thank you. I did research too but found nothing about it. However, the important thing is that it works well. thank you very much for answering me and taking the time

My guess is that it's just an artifact of the build process. You have to debug UB software on an M1, because an Intel Mac won't be able to run the arm64 code. Since the M1 has Rosetta2, that lets you test the Intel side of the app. Not sure if that also affects the installers themselves, but it would make some sense if you had to pick one architecture or the other.
At any rate, in a couple years Rosetta2 will probably go the way of the original Rosetta. -
We found it. It was just an old component in the installer (which didn't do anything). Thanks for pointing it out.
