Just an idea, when the headphone out sounds that great, can I go from the Headphone Out into the Focusrite?
the main outputs deliver the exact same signal as the headphone output when master stereo is selected as the output source and the "headphones only" option for the space effect is not check marked. The culprit is your interface and not the Profiler.
