My kemper just came from repair (Dsp error), it works fine (default profiles and OS 6610) except for the update... Every time i plug my usb stick (formated for kemper with new OS and rigs or a clean usb stick) and press the usb storage menu it allways appears the follwing: backup to usb, restore from usb.
I press restore and it reboots, and everything stays the same. =/
How can i do this ?

are you doing the following exactly?
"Expand the downloaded .zip archive and search for the update file called “kaos.bin” inside.
Copy the file into the “OS Update” folder on the pre-formatted USB stick using your Mac or PC.
Next, unmount the USB stick from your computer and plug it into the KPA.
Follow the on screen instructions which will appear after a couple of seconds."
