HELP: won't start up - keeps looping 'updating analog firmware'

Please help! This has never happened in the years of using my Kemper. It also won't reboot holding rig or system and won't rebout from USB holding <>.

They just said; send it in for repair. I'm reading several posts where people experienced the same thing so I'm hoping there is a more convenient solution available.

If this issue is permanent, there is either a loose internal cable connection or a broken board. Sorry, for the bad news.

I have the same issue a few months back...Try to boot with USB with some older firmware version ....that helps me. Good luck.🤞
