Hey everyone, I sold my profiler and would like to transfer my rig over to the person that bought it. I haven't been able to find out how to do this. Some help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Click on the House in top right corner.
Then your name will show up on the next page in top right corner.
Click on your name and a "pop down" window appear.
Click "My account" and scroll down to red box "Deregister product" .

Thanks. I want the person I sold it to to be able to add the profiles on the Kemper to their rig. Will that be possible going by what you suggested?

It's a Kemper not an iPhone
. No MDR in it. Just leave the profiles in it. Transferring the KPA itself is necessary to register and use Rig Exchange.Just do what Hoki Toki said
