I have the same problem with my liquidfoot controller
-and it is errr...slightly distressing every time i gig not knowing if a boost or fuzz will kick in
very hit and miss
tried a few midi cables but... i suspect the problem is in the Kemper
Yesterday I took my KPA up to stage. Nice sound, everything´s fine BUT:
Midi CCs don´t function every time. Sometimes the wah doesn´t change to ON, sometimes a MOD is still on bypass after I switched it to ON, sometimes a delay is not there... My controller is the Fractal MFC-101 (omni and all other messages are OFF, so there should not be a problem). Any ideas?
Which controllers are you sending exactly?

Marco: Have you saved the patch on the MFC with the exact status (on/off) that is saved on the rig whe you recall it? If the Rig pop up with stomp A "off" and you have it "on" on the MFC, the first CC# that it will send will be value=0, the second time will send value=127 and switch on the stomp....

I agree with all above- i have the same issue and same problems with my liquidfoot and kemper
Hi, I did get those settings match between KPA and midi pedal by locking all the needed stomps + effects . Now they work just how the pedal shows (Behringer FCB1010 with UNO).
I didnt do anything else.
Locking is no option. 
Mine work like a charm with the FCB1010 and without locking.
Only cc that didn't work as announced was #27 but that is fixed now with 1.1.1.
So I can confirm that the problem is not on the KPA side (at least not with my KPA ;-))
Stupid question: I assume your sending alternating values of 127 and 0 (for switching on/off) with these cc's?

Same results here. Using Pod HD500 for MIDI. Everything has worked fine except for #27.
