Today I restart my kemper after a concert, to work on songs and my "Profiler Remote" pedalboard no longer displays anything to me.
It stays on "Profiler Remote - Waiting for connection" and the screen turns off. Only the TAP LED turns on and off.
I restarted several times, I tested several cables, the original and others. I tested with and without an intermediate POE box.
I noticed that the plug of the "Profiler Remote" had a small crack on one edge, I tried to put a dot of glue, but it's still the same and the contacts are all in good conditions.
Can you help me ? 
I don't know how to contact kemper support.
