Click on the Output icon in the new Rig Manager. Oops, thought you were directing that question to me.

i tried to record with reaper and had a bad latency, tried all possible settings as describe above.
Now i record with wavelab without any issues or latency. I know it's not the best DAW but for me it works flawless.
