I agree with that statement so much that I wrote a separate thread to support this thesis!

Hi - I just got the LGX2, am having some trouble programming it but I'm sure I'll get it eventually - question though. I use wah to volume with one Exp. pedal with the KPA. How should I program this in the LG exp. pedal setup; as pedal 1, volume?
Thanks for your help.
Hi !
I'm using a FCB1010 "customized" (with the UnO Chip) because I found it too big. You can check it here : Small FCB footswitch midi controller for Kemper

This is so cool !!!!
Very cool, and I like the Galaxy finish.
Question: do any of these wonderful toys allow the user to program it to send a MIDI message when *leaving* a particular preset?
Say I have programmed IA switches 1, 2 and 3 to send program changes 10, 20 and 30 respectively, but switch 2 also has an "exit" SysEx message assigned to it.
If I press switch 1, it sends pch #10
If I press switch 2, it sends pch #20
If I press switch 3, it sends pch #30 and then also sends the SysEx message associated with switch 2.
Possible?
As I've stated before I'm a switch junkie. I currently use an FCB1010 and a Roland FC-300. The FCB1010 is a nightmare to program (hold 2 buttons during boot up, hold 1 button down for 3 seconds, hit another button, select CC#, hit enter, select min value, etc etc etc!!), but it can be programed on a patch by patch basis which is a plus if it didn't take 300 years, the expression pedals also feel like they're made by Lego, the FC-300 doesn't program patch by patch but it's built bulletproof and feels like I'm using real pedals.

Pretty sure you can program everything you could think of with the Gordius! Also weird things such as the first pressing sends a string of commands, the second does something different; or a button acts differently depending on other buttons' (or system's) status. For example you can trigger an effect only if another effect is already on, otherwise they get activated together...
Also, you're not framed into "ways of thinking": you an program 2 buttons for a certain task, two others for something different, the button in the middle for muting everything only if you are on patch 7...
