How is the eq on this thing?

    Eq is active, with presence, plus Cab advanced control, plus amp advanced control, plus G eq, plus P eq, plus separate eq for the outputs.......You're not going to miss any eq there.. :D

    The EQ on the KPA is nothing short of amazing.


    Don't worry about the nonsense you read on the internet about making 20 Profiles of one amp in order to cover the various amp settings.
    You can take 5 Profiles of one amp and create 25 rigs using different gain and EQ settings on the KPA.


    On previous modellers I've owned the EQ knobs felt limited, you had to really turn them up or down to make small EQ changes...1 to 10 was not enough.
    The Kemper EQ knobs are so sensitive that even the slightest movement affects the tone, or gain...the 'sweep' between 1 and 10 feels like 100. :)


    And that doesn't take into account the additional EQ options guitarnet70 mentions.
