Is there ANY way to retrieve a cab if you saved a diff one in it's place?

I accidentally had the lock button engaged on the cabinet tab and when I saved the last profile I did thereby losing the cab from the my profile and saving the wrong one that was locked in it's place. It would be really handy to be able to retrieve it if this accidentally happens again.

I would have but this happened right after I profiled and was just testing it out in browser mode
