I thought I had read that the KPA now comes with some of the Amp Factory profiles. Was this just a rumor, or is it true. By the way I finally registered my KPA and upgraded to the Private Forum. Don't know why I waited three weeks.

Goto the main Kemper support site and select "Rig Packs" on the download page. There is a pack with 31 Amp Factory profiles there.

Not entirely true.
From time to time the factory rigs get updated by the Kemper folks.
Any KPA user can restore them in the systems menu.
The restorage reflects the present factory rigs status. -

but I know for sure that the later added KPA rig packs get restored.

Restore? I was under the impression that if you "Restore", you would be starting over and loose everything you had saved. I'm guessing the restore would be done through the Kemper website? Since I been doing a lot of experimenting since receiving the KPA a couple weeks ago. I wouldn't mind trying the restore with a little help. I'm not even sure what and where to find the new rigs you're talking about.

You have three choices to get the Amp Factory Rig Pack.
1) I posted the file for you, download it and import into your KPA.
2) On the Kemper website press Support.
Then select "Rig Packs" in the 'Category' window....you can download it there.3) Or.
Press the 'System' button on your KPA, you'll see a little "Factory Rigs" option...restore from there, you won't lose any of the existing rigs on your KPA.
