Making SPDIF Input stick with Input locked

I am using SPDIF Input instead of 1/4" guitar input and even with the Input Section locked and the SPDIF Input option checked, SPDIF Input is off on bootup. I have not found a way to make it retain the setting. I was on 1.5.0 and just updated to 1.5.4 and it still won't retain the setting. I would prefer to leave the Input Section locked.

Am I missing something?

No sir. I never reamp. I use a Roland VG99, which is an amazing piece of gear in its own right, in front of the KPA. The VG99 has SPDIF out and can route polyphonic alternate tuning, modelled guitars, effects, etc through SPDIF with excellent quality.

It works perfect other than having to manually set the SPDIF to on every time I turn the KPA on. There are other pedals with SPDIF out as well.

So, unless someone knows the secret handshake, I guess I'll create a request to make the setting sticky in a future release and hope for the best. I hope I am not the only user wanting this.
